I can’t see a settings icon from the chat screen so not easy to get to your profile
No settings icon ( little cog )

In the top corner there's a profile picture and that shows your basic profile, when in the chat room. Might not be exactly what you mean, not sure. But even now here i can see my name at the top in the corner, to go to my profile.
