Hi I'm from ...another iteration of chat...but um... any idea what this might be about...or is Asia no longer welcome?...I don't know if anyone comes here anymore...if you there is any insight...i would be happy to hear it @Stanthropical @Victoriax @Busty_Nerd @Rampagee__
This error has been happening since April 11th 20:00UTC at least.
accessing via windows PC (Edge, Chrome, Firefox all the same) and android phone...neither device can gain access

I regret to inform you that some of the countries in the region have been blocked due to incessant and rapid spam. At this time, that is the only available measure at FCN's disposal. It may or may not change in the future.

Check periodically to see whether the measure has been lifted.
